Chilly temps and the occasional rain shower didn’t keep us from celebrating our home country. Went to a BBQ with new friends and posted up at the 4th celebration on base for two day - basking in the endless kid entertainment (worth every penny) that are carnival rides, cotton candy, capping off the night munching on kettle-corn nestled on a picnic blanket under the fireworks.
