Tracy Anderson 30 Day Bootcamp: Round, dos (day one)

Six years ago I began this little ole' blog  to hold myself accountable whilst completing Tracy Anderson 30 Day Method. I laughed. I cried. I lost some weight and gained even more confidence. So, I'm giving it another go postpartum. The reason, mostly vanity, but more importantly confidence. Ok, I lied. It's pretty much just vanity. These last ten (pregnancy) pounds are stubborn I tell ya, and while I'd love to be evolved enough not to care, I do. So I'm doing something about it.

Am I completely unhinged? Obviously. It will be bumpy, I will probably have a meltdown (or three) and the lack of caffeine will be...challenging.

Meal planned and grocery shopped to ensure I set myself up for success this week. Guys, I grocery shopped, alone, on Saturday night and it was -- awesome. I strolled each aisle with reckless abandon and got everything on my list save for chestnuts and turkey breast -- am I the only one who didn't realize the specialty counters aren't open 24/7 like the store?! Rude.

Here's hoping I can do a bit of prep each day while I'm already in the kitchen so meal prepping is easier to manage.

Mat: 20 reps (while listening to YHL podcast)
Cardio: 20 minutes

Breakfast: 1/2 cup Strawberry Kefir + 1 banana
Snack: Pineapple
Lunch: Turkey Avocado Roll Up
Dinner: Chicken with Kale and Raisins

I'm going for broke guys. Hold me accountable.

Let's get after it.
