Clearly, posting after the day has passed has left me scratching my head as to day #3 and its happenings...




Juice DuJour:

Hot water with lemon
Spinach + Carrot +Pineapple + Cilantro (7:45 am)
Earl Grey Tea
Frozen Blackberry + Frozen Strawberry + Rice Milk (11:15 am)
Pineapple + Mint (1:05 pm)
Blueberry + Lemon + Spinach + Apple (3:00 pm)
Kale + Apple + Cucumber (from Smoothie King) (7:15)
Raw Chocolate Milk (9:30 pm)

The first few days I figured my body was be in shock a bit, so didn't worry.  By today it was as if a light switch had been flipped. I cannot remember a time I have ever had to pee so constantly.  I'm talking wake-up-in-the-middle-of-the-night.  Then there's our bodies other nature, which came back to normal (read: there were none on day #1 and #2).

I'm not logging my water intake, but I already drink an inordinate amount of agua, so I've got that "on lock," so to speak.

The copier was been busy printing vegetarian recipes for next week.  Note to self: don't print recipes of things you are not consuming (read: solid foods) whilst juicing.  It makes one hungry, sad and angry. All at once.

Speed work last night was BEAST - 200 on, 200 off, 400 on, 400 off. Repeat THREE times. It was literally still 95 degrees and 105 humidity out. But we killed it.  Group 3 is where it's at!!

Juice Count: 3 Green, 2 Fruit, 1 Nut Milk

Workout: Speed work (about 2 miles)

Mood: More bipolar moments of fury.  i'm sure I'm a peach to be around. 

Cravings: Printing recipes was a bad idea...

Hunger: None. If so, I had a juice.  Boom, problem solved

Skin: Nothing exciting to report. I still have skin.

Aches, Pains: None.

Sleep: Besides waking up once to pee, it was dandy.
