Salt Fat Acid Heat













Anything involving food gives me a major case of FOMO, so when The Kitchn formed a cookbook club (with accompanying facebook group) in September, I requested the book, Salt Acid Fat Heat from the library and invited our friends the Catalfamo's to join in before my brain had even processed the idea.

Working from home the next day wherein I could feast on all the sugar (I bypassed actual sustenance and headed solely for the sweets), was mere happenstance. It goes without saying I had a stomachache. I have no regrets.
