Looking Back: 2018

As I sit with a sleeping Asher in my arms scrolling through the past year, I couldn’t help but be overcome. By the countless blessings we received and also taking pause to remember the loved ones we lost. And while the end of each year gets me particularly grateful and misty-eyed, a look back into our 2018 held so many incredible memories: Asher Grey joined our family {birth story}, spent Valentine’s Day w/ Jess doing Yoga under the Stars at the Science Center while the papas and babies had a pizza night, Mark turned 40!, Owen gets potty trained!, hosted our first Thanksgiving with both sides of our families, Asher's first flight, Owen turned 2!, first family of four road trip to Kansas City, Mark got a new car, Mark and I spent our first overnight away from the boys, visiting Angie & Charlie in Denver, a handful of trips to Chicago, and I got a new car.

Health/wellness: I got my first crown, underwent PT for Diastasis Recti, joined Shred415 to make postpartum fitness gains, ran an 8k Turkey Trot, and finally did the Holiday Lights Run.
