Working on My Fitness: October


Four flights this month and still managed to sneak in some workouts, then again being in warm weather in Arizona and being right on the beach in California gave me an excuse to soak up some much needed Vitamin D each day. Granted I could have chosen better attire, my husband wore flip flops whilst hiking, and why is everything so gosh darn far along the Vegas strip?!
