Working On My Fitness: June


This month there were a few firsts: Aerial Pilates (super fun, made me a bit motion sick), Barre Amped (think barre method), and Cross Fit (not nearly as intimidating as I thought). Add in a double trip to Chicago (in the span of a week!), being able to help celebrate a friends birthday while running a 5k that serves wine at the end, and well, it was kinda perfect.
