Run 1.25 miles, 1.0 incline (13:21), Boot Camp Mat 35 reps


Day #7 (October 28th)

Bikram - 60 minutes, Boot Camp Mat - 35 reps, Boot Camp Dance Cardio - 20 minutes


Day #8 (October 29th)

Boot Camp Mat 35 reps


Day #9 (October 30th)

Boot Camp Mat  40 reps


Day #10 (October 31st)

Boot Camp, 40 reps

I forgot how fun dance cardio is (can be). Best believe I looked a hot mess, but man was it fun -- I need to bust out my mini tramp!

10 day results -- 2.5 inches lost overall!
