Photo Diary: Irish Eyes

If its a holiday, I want celebrate it. Add in the fact the recipe  include Baileys + coffee, and, well -- you know I wanted two.

Whipping up ingredients was a snap, minus the extra dishes (three bowls, really?)

Icing skills -- nailed it.

(Tip: use a piping bag or zip-loc with the end snipped off (less dishes) to get the perfect icing design)

Super moist cake +  fluffy icing.

Yum.
