The kind, earth loving people at Navita Naturals sent me products to try a few months ago; Coconut Water, Caco Goji Power Snack, and a Smoothment Recipe Book  Oh, the fun I had!

Power Snack is HEAVEN.  Not too sweet, chewy, just the right size, and filling. Great for snacking, and awesome no brainer pre-workout fuel. 

Coconut Water was a blast. I tried it with pretty much EVERYTHING. 

Added it to water - so hydrating during workouts. Hint: it tastes delightful ice cold

Added to (black) coffee - no taste difference, but I experimented perhaps too soon. I had just bought my first coffee maker, and had no idea what I was doing. Barista's are artists I tell ya - coffee prep is a tedious task.

Added to smoothies (any kind) = Oh. My. Yum.

To ice the healthy super brilliant preverbial cake, they use Chia Gel as an added yum in soups, smoothies and the like. You have me at "chia". Short hair LOVES chia- chia, chia, everywhere...
