Half Training: Week 3

10/7 - Rest Day

10/8 - Run 3 miles: 29:53 on treadmill.  And Day #5 of  TAM Continuity (201-210) with wrist and ankle weights.

10/9 - Cross Train: Nada :(

10/10 - Run 2 miles: 18:55 on treadmill

10/11 - RR 2 miles: Nope :(

10/12 - Run 6 miles: 66:53 on treadmill. Chocolate Mint Gu at mile 3.  Note to self, slow down BEFORE taking Gu or you will choke, cause a scene in the gym and get the stink eye. Oh, and did you know the treadmill turns off after 60 minutes? I was certain it was broken.  Wishful thinking...

10/13 - Run 3 miles: Headed to Detroit and planned poorly.  Hence, no run :(

Week 3 was short 5 miles - 

Anyone have time management tips for getting in work outs?
