Half Training: Week 2

9/30 - Rest Day
10/1 - Cross Train: I did zilch :(
10/2 - Run 3 miles: 3.1 miles (25:29) on treadmill
10/3 - Run 2 miles: 18:55 on treadmill
10/4 - Run 2 miles: 20:39 on treadmill



And I tried a kickboxing class with Ginger. We were the ONLY females in the class. At one point the teacher told me "there's not a little old man in there, hit the damn bag!".  Guess I'm not Ali's long lost great, great grand step cousin after all...

10/5 - Run 5 miles: yeah, I'm a slacker :(
10/6 - RR  2 miles: Ran the Glow Run 5k (32:37) - check out my race recap here


Week two complete, but short 4 miles. Baby steps.
