Run, outside; 2.2 miles - 29:24 miutes
My iPod crapped out so this run was sans tunes. I thought I wouldn't get a block, but it wasn't awful. Neat to here my feet hitting the pavement and breathing, which to my sheer amazement, didn't sound like running of the bulls met an asthma sufferer with COPD.
To explain my utter exhaustion, I posted this on Facebook:

and lit a candle instead of showering is besides the point. I ran."
