Nomads no more, we have a kitchen again! 

Learning induction cooking felt daunting at the start and has quickly become my favorite method of cooking. So easy to clean! No flames! And, now that I've hung a handy C to F conversion chart there's no stopping me now. 

These are a few of the things (old favorites! new recipes!) I've been cranking out ever since our household goods shipment arrived in March.
