What a fun book - from the family stories to the approachable cooking techniques we all leaned into this cookbook and per usual, everything was delicious. The Panagopoulos went full on genius and had sectioned plates for use, which made preparing a smorgasbord on your plate a masterpiece. We even have group Google photo albums to share photos/videos thanks to our resident photog.

In baking magic, Anvita's dump cake astonished us all with its unconventional preparation method - leaving us all to speculate on its success/failure whilst it baked. Pro Tip: take care consume warm, trust me.

Call it nostalgia, but I cannot wait to make Malaysian Ramen again.
