Lean In
I'm fiercely devoted to strong women and cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Sheryl's TED talk on how women unintentionally hold themselves back in their careers,
encourages women to -- Sit at the table, seek challenges, take risks, and pursue their goals. To combine professional achievement with personal fulfillment, that men are promoted based in potential, while women are promoted based on past accomplishments (McKinsey report, 2011). It taught me that ambition is not a dirty word. And that there is no one definition of success or happiness -- live your life as you desire.
TED talk is a must. I'll admit, I far more enjoyed the talk over the book, but both have the same powerful message.

My Husbands Secret
Read this while in Ireland and could.not.put.it.down. My sister also read simultaneously so we got to dig into this book and discuss which I really liked, maybe at some point I'll join/start a book club.
I Like You Just The Way I Am
It was a riot, and inappropriate, laugh-out-loud tale of all the things I think in my brain movies but never say aloud. Probably not the smartest book to read on our flight to Ireland because I'm 90% certain I laughed the entire flight, aloud.
These Girls
Great fall read about a group women. Fantastic to snuggle up with over a mug of hot tea and gobble up. Which is precisely what I did, then promptly tweeted the author and begged she release a new book, now.
