-TAM Mat  before work, granted I had a deposition at 10am, but technically it was before my day began - finally completed that sequence, it only took...months.

Athletic Deep Stretch

This quiet practice targets the deeper tissues that lay beneath the muscle layer. Beginning with Pratapana (gentle simple movements) to warm up the body, you will be guided into various postures and use the resource of breath as to explore your edge and free congested energy. This deep stretch class will improve joint flexibility, free stagnation in the muscle tissue, lubricate the joints and foster a quiet, meditative state. This class is taught in a warm room and is appropriate for all levels.



Considering I NEVER stretch properly before or after a run, this class was a Godsend.
Uber friendly staff, beautiful space housing full showers where I exclaimed "Holy crap can I live here", cozy seating area, and two spacious studios offering both hot and heated classes. My instructor was fantastic, guiding through an hour and fifteen minutes of deep, lingering stretches, taking care to honor our bodies, and a Savasana so deep I literally forgot where I was. Bonus: they offer six FREE classes to newbies!
